Hello guys,
is there someone out there who has the following for sale? I need a stock TBI unit including intake, complete engine harness and ECM. The reason is, I am planing to convert a LG4 to the TBI FI.
Thanks a lot,
Marcel

Hi Marcel,.....
I can come up with all the parts your asking about - but there's something you should to know. Most LG4 engines have heads that have "perimeter" valve covers and ONLY the 87 LG4's used the "center bolt" valve cover design. The angle of the intake manifold bolts also changed in 87.
Since all TBI set-ups used the center-bolt design you will need to use an 87 LG4 heads,..... or modify the bolt holes on the TBI intake manifold. ( I've never modified the bolt holes; but many people have told me it can be done !)
The TBI set-up I have available is from an 88 Trans Am. It is complete and the engine runs as it is. I put the front end of the car on a couple 55 gallon drums yesterday and will begin removing the drivetrain today. If your interested in buying this set-up just send me a Private message for the details.

Re: TBI intakte, TBI unit, Harness, ECM, or: "TBI set"
Marcel,
If interested, instead of going with a TBI setup, i have forsale a new DFI setup which is completely programable and can be tuned for any combo and modification. It comes with the complete wire harness which is new and the programable ecu (used, but works perfect). I also have up for sale a converted LT1 intake for standard sbc.
Looking to get $500 for the DFI setup and around $300 for the LT1 intake
Thanks
