3.23 Rear end and performance heads

I am in desperate need of a 3.23 posi rear end with disk brakes. It needs to be in good condition (rebuilt or low miles). I am also looking for a set of performance heads for a mildly built 350 with Lingenfelter high flow intake.

I have a 91 3.23 rearend for sale. I live in southern indiana. It has disc brakes and the gears look great.
