i just need a pair of stock thirdgen v8 rotors for the front. I am going to be machining off the rotor part to to the front brake upgrade. condition doesnt matter because of this they can be in your junk pile for all i care as long as the bearing surfaces and the actual hub part are useable.

I assume you mean the spindle and I have a pair but it would take me a little to pull them and I would need something for my trouble like 40 plus shipping???

 

no i just need a pair of rotors. I have a pair of spindles, i just need a set of rotors that i can cut/machine the disc off of and slide the ls1 rotor over. Hence why i dont care about the condition of the rotor as long as the bearing races are fine.

 

Ahhhh ok sorry well I probly have a set of them also but till you ship them it would probly be cheaper to buy some from auto zone or someone like that. There easyer to pull so 10 plus shipping???

 

you are right, i can get them for about 25 a pop new, but im gonna be destroying them so id rather take someones scrap than destroy a new rotor for what im doing. I think i have found a set local but out of curiousity how much to ship

aren't the v-6 rotors for the '87 the same? i didn't think there was a difference until the 1LE package came around.

 

Well I grabed a rotor I had sitting around and it weighed about 13 pounds so with a hub included I estimated high I hope around 20 pounds a each and estimated the box size and for both of them shipped together it would be around 26 dollars. So to save you 15 dollars and be getting older ones ehh it's up to you. If you were closer it would be worth it to pick them up. Probably easyer to just grab them in a jy somewhere. A lot of cars used these rotors. 2wd s10, monty I thinck ect.
