Does anyone have an AC manifold hose assembly that attaches to the compressor on the 84-86 Camaro/Firebird with the L69 H.O. engine? The hoses must be for an H.O. engine as they are different than the regular engine AC hoses.
83 and 84 H.O. Camaros and Firebirds will definitely work. 85 and 86 H.O. hoses may also work. I'm not sure if the routing and style are the same in these years.
The hose assembly I need has the hose fitting that connects to the receiver/drier angled down and not straight. You can see in the pictures how they differ.
Thanks!
Larry

I should still have one off an '84 HO Z-28, $20 plus shipping.

Are the hoses crimped to the fittings tight enough that they can't be twisted?
How much shipping to 88310?
Thanks!

I actually have not found the hoses yet, so I may not have them anymore.Originally Posted by 69-er

But, I did notice that the '85 and '86 TPI hoses would clear the air cleaner just fine. Using these hoses would require the use of an electric cooling fan though. I would imagine that the '85-'86 TPI hoses are the same as the '85 HO hoses.

You still looking for the hoses? I should have some from my 84 HO z28. I can send you some pictures if you send me your e-mail address. Let me know!

I've got the hoses off my '87 Monte SS. Not sure if they'll work for you or not. $45 shipped.
Thanks everybody. I got my hoses from NICK84Z.
