auto to t-5 conversion

im looking for EVERYTHING i need to switch my 91 305 tbi from the 700r4 to a t-5. trans has to be in good condition and not needing a rebuild. i dont mind having to buy a new clutch. but i want everything needed. im talking pedals, ecu trans bellhouseing, what ever is needed for the switch. not worried about interior panel. just wat i need to make it go.. prefer under 500$.. let me know what u got..
