Re: PBR E-Brake Components

Try these guys...they have some great parts. I recently asked them about some J65 cables & it was no problem!

You might try Ed Miller, who usually has various parts lying around, at http://www.flynbye.com/

Re: PBR E-Brake Components

At the very least the OP needs the bracket, lever and spring. Check post #3 for a pic:

Re: PBR E-Brake Components

I've had no luck in finding these parts through a parts store whatsoever, they all just sell the rebuilt calipers which come with all new hardware. I even tried contacting Cardone who rebuilds variuos components for cars and trucks and they told me they don't sell just the parts for the e-brake, just the whole calipers. I contacted PBR themselves and they never returned my email to say yes, no or anything. I sent Ed a private message a couple of weeks back and he hasn't returned an answer and the last time I talked with him a couple of years back, he said he didn't have anything then, so I am figuring it is a no go. I really hate to spend nearly 200.00 for 2 rebuilt caliper just to pull e-brake hardware off to put on my calipers, but it is looking more like that is what is going to happen. It's the reason I haven't done this conversion yet, so now I am going to try again during this winter while I have the car put up. Thanks for the responses and I will check out the links to see what I find.
