I've got some good factory rods. One set is the "X" pink replacement. http://www.ehow.com/list_7720678_gm-rod-specs.html
The other is a set of late model powder metal rods.

Both need honing and new rod bolts installed. ARP rod bolts would make either set good for 450 horsepower. Both sets are pressed fit to match the pistons you listed. $60 either set plus shipping.
