RH Knuckle Part # 14021196

I will pay top dollar for a NOS "New Old Stock" Right Hand passenger side Knuckle Part # 14021196. I will also consider a used knuckle if its in excellent condition with low miles

Hello --

Here's a batch of knuckles in Indiana. New or lightly used spares from a Tommy Morrison Camaro racing program in '88 and '89.
Don't have a part number, but could send you close-up pix to assure this is what you need.

Re: RH Knuckle Part # 14021196

There's actually Two different types of Knuckles.
All Street version Camaros from 82-92 had the same exact Knuckles, except Racing Camaro's with the 1LE Front Brakes had different size spindles so the front rotors and PBR calipers would fit. I need to know if these were used for Camaro's with 1LE or regular front brakes. If they came from a racing program then they might be the 1LE Knuckles so they would not fit on my camaro since I don't have the 1LE race option.
Send me some close up photos.. and try to get a part number off of theme if you can so we can be sure 100% of what you got there.
If they were used for Camaro's with the regular front brakes then I'd be totally interested in a New RH one if you have it.
Thanks

The spindles pictured above are all standard pieces, 82-92. The 1LE version is simply the standard version with the ears cut off to accommodate a mounting bracket for the dual piston caliper. I've linked you to pictures of the modification elsewhere. BTW, with that modification, 1LE brakes (as well as other types of brakes) can be easily fitted on our cars.

Found a pic of the 1LE type spindle from BrettD. The bracket and caliper carrier is in place.

Just for general info: The later spindles, late 89 or 90+, apparently have a bit more material around the mounting holes.

Ok Indianavette. JamesC cleared it up for us. I'm definately interested in a New Right Side/Passenger Knuckle . Are you selling them in pairs or individually? And Price??

Sure, I'll sell you a right side knuckle. But can't say for sure it's brand-new. I can say the knuckles I have show little or no wear. Morrison was constantly swapping suspension pieces as part of his test and race programs. He refers to these as spares. They're all OEM. Asking $55 shipped. My Paypal account is indianavette@aol.com
