They look like the syncronizer keys for one of the sliders. If my memory service me correctly, its been a while since Ive been in a T-5 but there is no shifter/slider assembley. Are you sure you not thinking 5th on the back of the housing. There is a set in 1-2. 3-4, and 5. There is no assembly for reverse. Thats way they grind and wine when you put them in reverse. There is a 50/50 chance I have a set. Ill check tomorrow. BTW can you measure them. All the ones Ive ever seen are gray
