I don't care if it's Holley/Edelbrock, homebrew or Procomp, budget is ~200 for just the bare manifold. If you have an FPR/rails etc. throw it out there with a price. If it's homebrew pics please. I have a set of the Procomp rails and was debating on doing a budget conversion of this Torker II when I get the chance.
