[France] E4ME Quadrajet core 1984
Hi,
The E4ME carb for my '84 T/A is too warped and not usable. I'm looking for a better core. It doesn't have to be complete.
Here's my criterias :
- no warpage on the main body an air horn
- no rust/pitting inside
- the plastic insert that holds the float fulcrum has to be in good shape
- number 17084201/205 highly preferred, 17084204/206/208 are ok as well, but I can do with ones from 85 and 86. As long as it comes from an L69 or an LG4 it should be good.
- cheap
- the seller will have to ship to France
It would be great if it came with the idle stop solenoid and the stud for the cruise control cable.
Thanks,

Re: [France] E4ME Quadrajet core 1984
I have an E4ME carb off an '84 Monte Carlo (same engine & carb combo).
I bought it as a core to use for parts for another one, but I got everything else I needed elsewhere. So it's a complete carb.
Haven't taken it apart, so I can't answer all your questions.
"Supposedly" came off a running vehicle...
You want me to take it apart to look at the guts?
