I have a complete Vortec 350 in my 97 suburban I'm considering selling. Idk if the stock intake from it would suit your needs, but I'd consider splitting the block, heads, intake, etc. to sell individually.

Building same type of motor for my 2000 Escalade. Will my Spyder injection still work after I get ecu reprogramed?

No, if putting vortec tpi baseplate on vortec 5.7 you would be doing away with spider intake setup and going with actual fuel injectors.
