Alum driveshaft, SFC's

Looking for an aluminum driveshaft to replace mine, which has a gouge in it. Also looking for a set of SFC's. Post up what you got with a price. Ready to pay with paypal for the right part & price.

Re: Alum driveshaft, SFC's

I may have an alum driveshaft. I just got a '92 Z28 in and it looks all original and shows rpo code JG1. I have not been under the car yet to confirm it though. I will keep you updated. I may be a few days until I can get to it.

Re: Alum driveshaft, SFC's

I had a stock aluminum shaft that had the balancer built into the yoke...
When I upgraded my T5 to an Astro A5, I had to change to a different non balancer yoke and needed a new custom shaft.

I looked around... found others that cost more and used thinner material.
I bought a Coleman. Thicker tubing, which others charge more for...
I ordered it (custom length) one Friday morning, it was made and shipped out by 1:30 that same day. Beautiful craftsmanship...

It says "Not for street use or drag racing" in that link you provided. What the hell is it good for then?

Legal department covering their ***, etc...
I did research here and other sites, good reviews...
And as noted, compared to other companies, they used the thickest tubing (I think 1 other company did and their price was much higher, other companies with thinner tubing and still charged more than Coleman)... Do research...
