Hi All,

I am looking for the parts that came in the SLP package available from GM dealers for TPI vehicles in the early 90's. It included a cat back exhaust, tri-y headers, siamesed runners, and a performance chip. I am looking for these parts for a L98 (350 cu. in.) engine. Please let me know if you have one or more of these items for sale. I am willing to pay top dollar for top quality.

Don't forget to find a SLP header install "kit". It will come with all the proper plug wire shielding and header bolts of all the correct lengths.

Expect a set of tri-y headers to run you $2K. Hold out for a dual cat set if you can.

Also if your car is lowered, the y-pipe will take a mean beating on speed bumps and such to beware, it hangs low. After 10+ years my tri-y y-pipe was half flattened and no one local could fix it.

 

Got a set of slp runners for sale not sure if its what you are looking for. Also have an accel base , and a complete superram setup .its in the for sale forum

 

Oooo, the Accel base is great with the SLP runners, I have that setup. Only slightly needed to modify the base in one tiny spot for the runners to fit perfectly flush with no vacuum leak. I think the passenger rear.

 

I have the upper and lower SLP intake from a 1991 or 1992 Firehawk. Not sure if they have much value, but back in the day it was one of the better flowing setups for the TPI motors.

 

how hard is it to get gaskets for that thing?

Yup, Have a NOS set of tri-Ys with the install kit for dual cats (going on a very special project)

Have to make your own gaskets for the T-ram right now until someone steps up and has them made
