How many miles are on them? and will they work with my stock posi carrier, currently have the factory 3.23's

I don't know about mileage but I got them from a friend and ran them in my 4 cyl S-10 for a good while. They were I'm my friends B4C when he got the car, the guy he got the car from had installed them and both owners didn't drive the car a lot so I would say maybe 20,000 miles at the most.
