2 series 26 spline open carrier wanted
Looking for 2 series open carrier (2.73/3.08 gears) with 26 splines (1982-89) in decent condition.
I know, they're not so desirable as 3 series, so, please, offer some good prices.

I'm going to try 3.08 gears instead of 3.42 with my v6 T5 transmission behind mild 350.

I checked. It's a 7.5/7.625" from my 84 TA 10 bolt 26 spline gov-lock.
42 & 13 teeth = 3.23 gear ratio. Bearings and races still on it with no rust.
I guess this is not what you are looking for.

I decided to go with my 3-series carrier and thin 3.08 gear.
