Get the roll of hard plastic tubing from your local parts store, use a hair dryer to heat it while you hold it how you want it formed, let it cool, when it's cooled it should hold it's shape.
At this point I'm not sure I'd trust NOS not to shatter the first time it's bumped.

Mines like all sliced pieces added t and ys premolded would fit right in place so I can get it right 2500. just spent on motor want it to be right

The point is that used is going to be just as bad as what you've got, and new-old-stock isn't going to be much better. Plastic and rubber goes bad with age. What you need isn't available as a reproduction.
