Well if it was good then pretty sure to say it would not be for sale but still on the car. just kidding.
Thgey look to me to be a good idea. A little better alignment for the torque arm from what i can see.

 

Plenty of reasons why one would no longer have a need for it. Bought it and car was stolen before installed, car was totaled and now parting out, upgrading to a T56, etc. Taking stress off the tail housing of the transmission is always a good thing.

 

Exactly. I got one from a member here who was upgrading to a full aftermarket torque arm setup and didn't need the crossmember anymore. Used ones are out there, just need to keep an eye out.
