WTB: Strut Tower Brace

Does anyone have a strut tower brace that they bought that maybe didn’t fit over their application? Looking for one, no brand preference. Want to try one out, but don’t want to spend the $150! Let me know your price, shipped to 36507. Thanks!

You still looking? I have a black Jamex TPI brace. Isn't made anymore. I've been considering a 3 point brace, this one is only 2. I'd probably do $100 plus shipping. I'm not 100% sure I wanna sell it, but I figured since you asked, I'd reach out....see where we land.

Still looking! Could you get a shipping quote to 36507? Seems like the shipping would push it close to $150 which I could get a brand new one for.

How did the Jamex work in your opinion? I remember a few years ago someone posted (rather here or ls1tech) that they got one off eBay and it busted the welds with one hard corner.

Thanks for the reponse!

I don't race, but I've drive it pretty hard from time to time. No issues. Seems like it deflect/bend the mounting brackets before breaking welds. -but still, i understand the concern. I've had no issues. Lemme look into shipping. I might consider going cheaper, but too low and it's not really worth it, ya know? I'll look at shipping and let you know something.

Re: WTB: Strut Tower Brace

Found a few Jamex braces for sale over the years...including the thread where I bought mine a few years ago. Most were cheaper than $100. All the being said, I still need the 3 pt. to replace this one, and I'm not quite ready to spend just yet. If you're willing to wait a few weeks. I think I could do $75 plus shipping. Honestly for less than that I'd keep it, even if that brace isn't worth $75.

No hard feelings if you wanna pass.

Thanks, Cody
