What all do i need to change out to make a 97 lt1 switch into a 1989 firebird....?? ive heard i probally need new springs a posi trac and change out the radiator hose..???? can yall think of anything else???? please help...

2. Buy a Helms for your car and the 97
3. Use "search" LT-1

 

It's a lot more than a radiator hose dude. If you have a month and a LOT of patience, you could do it. The project will nickel and dime you to death, no doubt. Look a couple of threads down. and you'll see about 5 posts on LT1s.
