rebuilt-engines
Has anyone ever visited http://www.rebuilt-auto-engines.com ? They sell rebuilt engines foe nothing. They sell a rebuilt 350 for $1000 and a 454 for $1500. Does anyone know if this place is legit and has anyone ever ordered from them? If this place is legit I’m buying me a 454 tomorrow.

I'd be alittle leary because of the prices, actually call them and ask them just what the are replaceing with these rebuilds. I've looked at running 454's at junkyards and they were goin for 1000 to 1200, they were high mile non rebuilt engines. call em, its worth the dime

Work
What kind of work has to be done to these new engines? Nothing Major i hope. Do you know if these engines would hold up under extreme conditions?

it is not the bolts that hold the rod together.
a "2 bolt main" uses 2 bolts to connect the main caps to the block. these are the caps that hold the crank in place. a 4 bolt uses 4 and add strength.
