Dynoed the beast

About a month ago, I dynoed my IROC. It put down 298.9 rwhp. That's with a 1995 LT1 with SLP 1 3/4" headers, !CAT, flowmaster, computer tuning, and TB airfoil. Those are the only mods! Everyone says how awesome the LS1 power is, but I'm not too impressed. I recently purchased a 2000 SS. It has no low-end ***** like my LT1 has. I've seen many 4th gen LT1 camaros with just exhaust and 4.10 rearend running 12.90s. So, for those of you trying to decide which engine to swap, go with the LT1. The LT1 is a serious threat, especially when you allow it to breathe via exhaust.

Those are some very impressive #'s for a relatively stock LT1. :hail: What engine did your Iroc have in it before?

Cool-man...your one of the few that does more with less...shows what a good combo/tune can do. Good luck in your future endeavors.
