Furmulajoe I Need Your Advice Or Anyone Who Knows About The Ramjet 350

You are doing almost the same thing I want to do. I was looking into buying a Ramjet 350 and swapping out the heads a the fast burn heads and maybe goinh with a different cam. Hows that LT4 Hotcam sound in your motor? Do you think it will be a good cam for a weekend type cruiser? I would like something with a little lope to it. Also I have been doing alot os searching on the swap and it all seems pretty simple. I was wondering about the CPU that comes with it. I read it has a rev limiter of 6,200 RPM's. Whats that crap about. Is there anything I can do about it? I read that Arizona speed and marine can reprogram the CPU for the heads and cam. Do you think it will be a pretty good swap? I will have about 3000 dollars left to spend after I purchase the motor. Will that be enough to do the swap properly? I just want to be sure I will be happy with it before I dive head first into the project. What I am hoping for is getting about 400 hp and 450 tq with the heads and cam and a good flowing exhaust. I dont know what kinda exhaust but I am sure theres a lot of options. I figure with that power I will be in the 12's. And I will also probably be out of money. But after that I would like to put and ATI Procharger on it. And that would finish her off.

Thanks for any info and for your time
