To anyone and everyone,
I recently bought some headers for my 91 Formula. THe problem is that when removing one of the bolts on the factory exhaust manifolds it broke off, and two other bolts just won't budge. I am not too worried about the one that broke as I am of the two that won't come out. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to use to get them out... Thanks for reading this and please reply back if you have any suggestions.

Just bust them all of and then weld the headers directly to the heads save ya alot of work and you never worry about the dreaded exhaust leaks. I fell sorry for you, for real, I had my sponsor install my full tubes and they broke 6 of the 8 bolts on the drivers side head off, inside the head, and 3 on the passenger side. They tried drilling a little hole in the bolts and heating the heads and tried the easy outs, did'nt faze them a bit. They finally ended up drilling out each stud and installing heli-coils. Your in for alot of work my friend, I learned looong ago, never f... with the exhaust, it's better to pay or sucker someone else into it. I know that was'nt the answer you were looking for, sorry.
Good luck!
