Base 350 Crate Questions???

Base 350 Crate Questions???
I switching to a Crate Base 350 from pace warehouse and am wondering what will i have to do to make switch this over successfully.... I have 305 TPI new and Tranny is new.....

What year is your current engine?
About the only issues at all are the rear main seal type (the base engine is '85-earlier two-piece type, which affects the flex plate type) and intake manifold center-two bolt angles (on each side - base engine is '86-earlier type, but you can elongate the bolt holes in the manifold to get it to match up).
Other than that, it's a simple long-block swap. You most likely won't even have to worry about injector size or PROM tuning, since the base 350 is a very mild engine.
