Old 350...again...
I asked this question befor a couple of months ago but lost the file where my questions were asked.
I bought an old rebuilt carb 350 a few months ago (I have not been able to work on it) Then engine has about 20k on it.
I know I will need a 153 tooth flexplate but what else will I need to get this engine to tun in my 86 carb camaro?
I remember somthing about the starter mount but can't remeber what that was about.
I am buying new headers and carburator for it as well as a whole engine kit,
can anyone else think of any problems I might have when trying to get this engine in my car?
Thank You

He said "86 carb camaro". Don't waste your money on non-CC carb and distributor. The ones that came with the car are fine. Upgrade the coil and module instead.
Good you're buying headers. For two reasons: 1) Factory '86 carb exhaust is junk; 2) Your older 350 dipstick is on the driver's side, and the stock manifolds will get in the way.
What else you'll need:
Air cleaner. See #1 above, substitute "air cleaner" for "exhaust".
