building 383 for 91 Z
I'm currently building a 383 for my 91Z. The engine is fitted with
AFR 190 heads, Scat crank and rods, Crane roller rockers, and more than likely I'll top it off with a Stealth Ram. My question is,
would the ZZ409 cam offered by TPiS be a good choice for this engine combo or not? I talked to a guy at TPiS and he said we should shoot for 11-1 compression for this cam. I know a few people running the ZZ9 cam and they all said that I should go at least one size bigger.. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
