Anybody had that code before ??? I can't figure out how to fix it.

The Service manual says "If the solenoid valve is open, or is not receiving power, the canister can purge to the intake manifold at the incorrect time. This can allow extra fuel during warm-up, which can cause rough or unstable idle."


I hooked the brown wire from the Evap canister purge solenoid to the ignition power feed and the black wire is connected to the ecm

The valve is open since my car was running fine before I hooked those 2 wires, now it stalls and it does idle at all. if I unhook the connector from the selonoid the car runs fine ...

 

I'm not real sure what to tell you, I simply removed the evap canister and had everything related to it and the emissions programmed out. Thats why I keep my scan tool handy so I can check for codes everynow and then since my SES light isnt hooked up.
