LT1 in 3rd gen w/ stock gagues

what would it take to make my stock 92 gagues to work wit a LT1 installed in the car and is it worth it p.s. i just installed silver face gagues in the cluster and i luv them and would like to keep them

splicing about 4 wires. volts and fuel level are no problem, they have nothing to do with the LT1 harness. you have to splice the oil pressure sensor, temperature sensor, the speedo if you have an electronic speedo, and the tach. yes its worth it because for about 20 minutes of work you have an installation, as far as the gauges go, that seems factory. just get the wiring diagrams for your car and for the car that you got the engine out of and you can pretty easily figure out which wires you need to splice.

Texas...Do you know what color the oil pressure wire is on the 3rd gen harness and to what color it splices into on the Lt1? Thanks.

Thanks Mat...I'll try and hook that part up tomorrow. I also have another issue to deal with...oil is leaking from the fitting that the oil filter attaches to the block. At least thats where it looks like it's coming from. When I can let the motor run a little longer...I'll take a better look at that.
