Okay, i have a few questions about an LT1 swap i may do.

I have a chance to buy an LT1 from a 93 z28 with 75,000 miles on it. I will only get the complete engine(minus manifolds andy-pipe) He does not have the harness or ecm.

The harness is no big deal, painless has a harness for like 300 for this project.

I asuume i can use a 700r4, correct? I also know i need to find an ecm from a 93.

I am aware of the ac issues, not sure if i can live without it, or maybe notch the frame and get the adaptor the changes the line direction.

Will the painless harnes give me everything i need to hook everything back up(i.e. i want to make sure all my guages work and all that stuff)

What headers would you reccomend?

Is the motor worth 550?
