i am having a tough time here. there is a debate between me and a mechanic that is helping me.
is a 1995 camaro LT1 OBD1 or OBD2?

this is driving me nuts and is quite the argument cause i have no car to look at.

so, what the hell is it?

 

From what I know from my friend's, it's an OBDI, but with an OBDII connector.

well, crap, thats no good, no good at all.

 

95's are OBD1. It still could have an OBD1 connector. They switched connectors part way through the year.

 

so far, according to you guys, i am winning the argument. yea baby, yea!!!!

 

1996 and up are OBD II, but friend of mine has 95 S10 with OBD II:lala:

 

so, i am using the best scanner matco has to offer. it isnt getting any signal from the ecm what so ever.

what could this mean?
