Hey Nor,
I think Performance Automotive Wholesale (PAW) has those kinds of kits. I just checked my Jeg's catalog and they have rotating assemblies (although I didn't check to see if it is a 383, I just assumed they did). You might want to try Summit as well.

What are you looking to spend?
For a decent forged rotating assembly you could do the following:
TRW/Speed Pro Power Forged Pistons- $330'ish (summit)
Eagle H-Beam 4340 Rods, 5.7 or 6" depending on pistons- $300 shipped (ebay)
Eagle blemished 4340 crank ground .010 from factory: $350 (ebay)
You could also substitute the forged crankshaft with a Scat 9000 crank and save a few dollars.
