I believe that there is a kit to do that, sold by Indian Adventures (I think they're in Mass?, somewhere in the North East). I have seen them around before, and they run very strong (depending on how well you set up your engine) so I know someone makes headers too. It will NOT be the cheap way to go, the cheap route would just be to drop in a 350.
It will depend on the year of your Poncho engine, they changed engine mounts on the blocks somewhere around 1970.

Car: 13 Ram 1500/ 78 Formy

Axle/Gears: 3.55 posi / 3.23
there is also a kit to adapt the older blocks to the newer motor mounts. Some blocks had both old & new bosses tapped.
a search should answer most of your questions, as a couple peeps have already done this/are working it already.

I RARELY DRIVE MY CAR ON THE STREET SO, I WILL USED IT MOSTLY ON THE TRACK THATS WHY I THINK THAT THE 400 WILL GIVE ME MORE THAN THE 350.

block mounts will be a non-issue then
EDIT: what heads are on it? 6X-4 or -8??? gotta love that 8.0~8.5-1 stock compression

my bro's '77 TA ran 13.8@101 MPH with a STOCK 400 with 8.5:1 compression and stock under .400 lift cam....just headers...all that in a 3800 LB car.....the Poncho 400 is a create engine and I plan on a similar swap in the future for a track car.
A mild 400 can make easy 400+hp and propel a 3rd gen into the 11's relatively easily.
Indian Adventures sells motor mount adapters and headers for 3rd gen 'birds...the headers are a little pricey...but hey what can you do.
My suggestion is to ahead and do the swap....I plan on starting a project like that in a year or two.
