I have 91 firebird with an LO3 currently, and Ive loved Ttypes, grandnationals, and 20th anniversary transams for years, but dont have the budget to buy one cash, so I plan to swap in a 3.8T into the firebird. I can only say that as of right now, I dont have the funds or the place to do it, but in about a week or so , Iam moving from a condo to a house with a two car garage, plenty of room for a swap dont ya think?as for funds, as soon as my financial aid arrives, I should be able acquire a nice amount of money.So if anyone can give me some info on this swap I would really appreciate it. Looks like it is time to do your homework.

 

I really hate to sound like a broken record, but if you do a search for turbo swap, 3.8 swap, or grand national swap, etc. there is a wealth of info on it. A couple members here have done it, and have pretty good write ups on it.
