motor swap Pontiac 400 need help

i was thinking about putting a Pontiac 400 motor + turbo 400 trans out of a 1975 trans am into a 1982 trans am
i wanted to know what type of problems or headaches i will run into

HEY, I AM DOING THE SAME THING I GOT A PONTIAC 400 FROM A 78 TA WHICH I AM GOING TO PUT IT ON MY 87 FIREBIRD. ONE PROBLEM WILL BE THE HEADERS THIER AROUND $ 540.00
THIS SWAP WON'T BE CHEAP.
