more lt1 swap woes.. -VATS in 89

I have VATS in my 89.. I am getting rid of it in the 94pcm.. I have a wire coming out of the PCM labled "Fuel Enable signal" its 2.5V DC in key on & run. It is supposed to go to the 94 VATS module. .. I am a little lost as to where this should go.. I assume its needed to tell the vats to turn the pump on.. Is the VATS on the 89 comparable to the 94 in this regard? 2.5V is a bit tricky to reproduce.. .. anyone??

Yes, the modules are the exact same. Just put the wire coming from the '94 PCM into the fuel enable pin on the VATs module for the '89 location.
