Lookin good man. I wouldn't worry about the heater box too much. I'm also running the Hedman's and I've had the LT1 in for almost 4 years now and I haven't had any problems with that.

Hey thirim that looks like the power steering hose i have. i thought i had the wrong one but i see yours is runing i front of your engine. thats the way the one i got will line up to. so both egr and egr feed hose are blocked off correct. do i have to do anything to the computer for that ? i will need to get it programed some how. you would think living in indianapolis with as much raceing going on here there would be some where i could take my pcm to get programed but nnnooo. cool man thanks for the pics

Both egr ports on the intake are blocked. I used some 1/8" Aluninum that i had.. you don't need much..
You have to get egr turned off in the computer. I have a small amount of electronics experience.. very small, I went to www.wotelectronics.com and got there $35 do it your self cable. I then bought tunercat and the $ee bin... when you get all that, the only connection to the car is a signal and gnd. hook it up, run tunercat, grab your program out of the computer, uncheck the egr stuff and vats and ac, so whatever else you want and upload it.. took me about 10min. very simple. and with the same cable you can run the car and see how the sensors and stuff are running, via freecomm which there is a link on the wot page.
btw if u can think of any other pics u want, lemmie know, i have to return the camera.

uh.. yeah, hmmm.. yes, didn't finish there yet either, but fused 12v for the fans is there. vats, gnd for vats (important) .. perhaps another 1. you can get 12v for fuel injectors, but I didn't learn that until i got it from somewhere else..

hey guys got the power steering line is in and it fit nice with a little bending here and there. the olny thing about it when i have to change the serpintine belt i will have to remove the power steering pump but other than that it's cool. also headers bolted down good clearence on both sides.

i wasn't too impressed by the power steering line either.. i didn't have to bend mine at all, but i could see where you could and maybe get it to fit a bit better. I don't know if you bled it yet, but all I did was keep it topped off and turn it lock to lock a few times.. worked fine.

Did you have the PCM reprogrammed? It is a big part of this swap. After mine, I initially drove the car for a bit and felt the same way until Ion at www.madz28.com did a tune for me and it felt like I just got another 100 hp
