Bare minimum to get LT1 running?

ok, the tranny on my daily driver (90 Saab 900T) just took a crap on me, and it really sucks at this point because i lost my job last month due to winter season comming up and im low on cash, so it would probably be cheapest to get the bird up and running with the LT1.

So what is the BARE minimum i need to get this car on the road? I have the (all parts are from a 94 police caprice) LT1 engine, wiring harness, fuse box, computer, MAF sensor, radiator, 1990 700R4 tranny, and all accesories.

Basically i just need something to DRIVE, does not have to have the guages working and fine tuning everything and crap like that. Like i said i am low on cash, and that computer reprograming stuff is kinda pricey, is there any way to get around reprograming the computer?

Thanks for the help.

-Dump the A/C compressor, get the a/c delete pulley. about $25
-Sell or trade your throttle body for a '93
-Try and find someone local to program out VATS free to $50
-powersteering lines
-fuel lines
-wiring is pretty easy, just get power to what needs power, guages are a matter of 2-3 wires

All I can think of at the moment

You definitely could, and in fact if might be your best option. I just have no experience with it, so I can't tell you if it works or not.
