LT1 Harness questions

Well, Im still working on this problem I figured it might was be the best time to completely redo the wiring harness.

So much stuff on the Buick harness I don't need and even a few things missing (Tach and Serial data?!?!) So Im going to repin what I need and redo most of it.

Now I used the 95 PCM pinouts from shbox's website that are also linked here, and I pulled the pins I figure I need and will work with that, now basically if any knows the ??? Pins if they can explain if I need those, and also if Im missing any.

when I tear apart the harness I plan on taking too many pics so that there can be easy Identification.

here is my list:
A2 - PCM Ground - BLK/WHT
A3 - Injector #1 - BLK
A4 - Injector #4 - LT BLU/BLK
A5 - Injector #6 - YEL/BLK
A6 - Injector #7 - RED/BLK
A7 - FP Relay Control - DK GRN/WHT
A10 - Secondary High Speed Cooling FAN relay Control - DK BLU
A11 - Primary High Speed Cooling FAN relay Control - DK GRN

B14 - Distributor Ignition Feed - RED
B15 - PCM Battery Feed - ORN
B16 - SENSOR Ground - BLK
B19 - MAF Sensor Signal - YEL
B20 - High Resolution Signal - PPL/WHT or LT BLU/BLK - ???
B28 - 5 VOLT Reference - GRY
B29 - 5 VOLT Reference - GRY

C1 - IAC COIL "A" HIGH - LT BLU/WHT
C2 - IAC COIL "A" LOW - LT BLU/BLK
C5 - IAC COIL "B" LOW - LT GRN/BLK
C6 - IAC COIL "B" HIGH - LT GRN/WHT
C7 - Right bank O2 sensor Low - TAN
C8 - Right bank O2 sensor High - PPL
C15 - PNP Signal - ORN/BLK - ???
C19 - Left bank O2 sensor Low - TAN/WHT
C20 - Left bank O2 sensor High - PPL/WHT
C21 - IAT Sensor Signal - TAN
C22 - TPS Signal - DK BLU
C23 - MAP Sensor Signal - LT GRN

Another Question regarding VATS, I know most people delete it, but do any of you actually have the module? I mean do you have it delete and no module or do you delete and still have the module, just trying to get a feel.. My thoughts are you can delete it and not have the module correct?
