How to press rods into KB 144 pistons ?

Hi,
I would have a question concerning pressing rods into pistons. I have new KB 144 pistons and new CAT 5140 connecting rods + new Clevitte77 rods bearing. Now the question: Is any difference which side press rods into pistons pin looking for clevite locks (which can be only mounted in one position)? On the old pistons rotating part (pin)was not on the center and bigger side was the same side as the bearings locks. KB pistons looks that the main shaft is exactly in the center of the pistons and there is no mark for this. I appreciate any recommendation ?
Thanks
