LS1 Questions

ok so i just got a GREAT DEAL on a low mile LS1 out of a 98 with tranny and wires........

now i just have to figure out everything else i'll need for the swap

Yes i did and as a result i've been reading just about evey post and or link it turned up lot of great info in here



i'm planing on totaly refreshing the motor b/4 anything else while i'm gathering all the ness... parts for the install as soon as i figure out what they all are

i'm trying to pull around 450hp when done and am looking for feedback from all of you guy's that have worked on and with these motors

A simple cam swap alone with get you near your goal. You will find that serious power can be made with the stock parts on that motor. When it comes to LS1 stuff you cannot beat the tech and experience of the guys over at www.ls1tech.com, www.ls1.com, and www.camaroz28.com.
