You can keep your stock ECM but you will have to burn a new chip.

You need
350 knock sensor
350 ESC module
350 injectors
Chip work
and more
Chip work

The important thing will be chip work. Redendency aside the chip really makes or breaks these cars. That is why your car runs like poo. The parameters in the chip are set for a 170hp 305 with 45lb injectors. What mods/specs do you have on the 350? If they are relatively tame a caprice 350 TBI chip can get you started. You will need to learn how to burn them yourself or have someone do it for you. Mail order chips won't work and the chip must be burnt with the car in hand. Fear not, it is pretty easy to get started and you can buy all the stuff for under $300. You can then dial in your tune one chip at a time. The results will be staggering.

Jet chips are absolute JUNK!!!! any aftermarket generic chip is crap..

you have a stealth ram, the jet chip is "tuned"(can i call it that??) for the TPI.

you need to find someone to burn you a custom chip. thats the only way to make your combo work right.

CANCEL THAT ORDER!!!

On '90-92 Speed Density cars, the ESC module is integrated into the MEMCAL.

I am sorry. I thought you went from a 305 TBI to a 350 TBI. However, the same basic principals apply for TPI except for the ECS module. A few searches on the matter should yeild you the answers you need.
