LS6, LS7 Conversion

LS6 is same adaptation process as regular LS1, unless you get it from a donor Vette in which case you have transmission, oil pan, wiring, etc. variations to deal with.
LS7 is largely unknown at this time. Most people that can afford to drop $12,000 on a crate engine don't drive third gens.

12k is a huge wad,but Man are those things Baaad!
With a 4.125 bore and 4" stroke, how long will it be before the first 502 smallblock is born?

Yup! GM and Katech have plenty of data on the 427ci assembly from years of ALMS racing in the C5-R Vettes, even in the 24hr events that engine has been rock solid reliable.
There's no doubt in my mind that the LS7 will prove itself to be an excellent engine.
