tpi to non tpi ?

i am thinking of swapping my 305tpi for a 377 stroker and i have a set of aluminum heads from an 88 tpi corvette and the whole intake system but if i went carbureted it would be a whole lot cheaper to make more power but i am not sure if the carbureted idea is even feasable cause it is an 87 iroc 5spd but i don't want to look at a check engine light all the time cause certain sensors aren't hooked up. bassically this is my first tpi car and not quite sure what i need to make a 377 run right with the injection setup any info would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

You wont have a check engine as long as the ECM is removed.

Yup remove the bulb. I just did tpi to carb swap and its the best thing I've ever done. Want the car for performance without spending a load of money on intake=carb. Want a daily driven car, and happy with performance=FI BTW you'll also need a adjustable, bypass style fuel pressure regulator. I used a holley http://holley.com/products.asp?product=12-803BP it was like $70 cad or something
