Since you're only asking what we think:

Are you building a race-only car? They have these things to say:

"Designed for racing use only"
"No warranty "

It will be a street strip car, I need help finding a 355 short block reasonably priced, preferably w/ warranty. I want around 10.5:1 compression w/ 64 cc heads. Thanks for the help
