Buying a 350+ to replace my 305
I want to replace the stock 305 in my new 88 Firebird Formula to get some more power out of it. Im trying to decide whether its better to rebuild an old 350 on the side, or to get a new one. I found this site and I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on where the best places to go to get an engine are. I am Canadian (Toronto) so that would be my first choice, but it isnt a neccesity if theyll ship here.
This seems like a good deal no?

My brother bought a 350 from them for his '93 pickup about 18 months ago. He's happy with it still.
Are you really considering the Pontiac 400 you linked?

If doing the Pontiac, you might as well shoot the moon and go for a 455.
