Engine: 355 build up
Transmission: TH350
Axle/Gears: 2.73
piston rods

so i will be redoing a 350 and its going to get bored .040 over and then put a 383 crank in it so can i use the stock 350 rods or will i have to buy new one?

Yes you can use 350 rods; as long as the crank you use is designed for 5.7" rods. And of course, your pistons are set up for 3.75" stroke and 5.7" rods, which requires a 1.425" compression height.
