.030 over 305 with a 400 crank makes a 334. A bit more torque but still not as much HP as a 350 could make.
With all things the same, stroke makes torque, bore makes HP.

It's pretty easy to find a 3.75" stroke with 305/350 size bearing journals new crank these days. Unless you're building a 400, there's no need to find a 400 engine.
