how to tell if its 2 or 4-bolt
How can you tell if its a 2 or 4 bolt inside the car, my car originally had a 2.8 and was swaped to 350, they removed the 350 and now i have the car with no engine, but motor mounts are still in place, how can you tell weather its a 2 bolt or 4 bolt that must be used, if this has anything to do with this, thanks!

The V8 motor mounts in your car will work with any Chevy small block (except LSX) regardless if the block is a 2 or 4 bolt main.

... And the main caps are what hold the crank in. On a 350, a 4 bolt is stronger than a 2 bolt.
