Ok to do this?????

i'm getting ready to take the motor out of my camaro. It's got a set of 210CC aluminum heads by AFR And a edelbrock victor JR Intake, my question is, can I lift the motor out with the heads and intake still on being that they are both aluminum?? I Dont want to end up cracking one of those heads since they were so freakin expensive......Whats the best way to go about this?? Thanks Guys

Lots of people do, but something about them makes me nervous. I use an engine tilter with the chains bolted to the accessory holes in the heads.

I have some of the factory hooks that GM uses. The ones that are bolted to the stock heads. They works great.
